A 2-lane stick packing machine produces two stick packs simultaneously from roll film. Each lane has its own forming and filling path while sharing the machine's main film feeding, sealing, cutting, and control systems.
Compared with a single-lane stick pack machine, a two-lane configuration can increase output without requiring the same increase in machine footprint.
The BVS2-220 is therefore designed for applications where production requirements are higher than a single-lane machine but do not require a larger multi-lane system.
Two-Lane Production
The BVS2-220 form and fills two stick packs simultaneously. Its rated capacity is 30–50 packs per minute per lane, the two-lane configuration can achieve approximately 60–100 ppm depending on the application.
Automatic Film Deviation Correction
The machine includes an automatic film deviation correction function designed to help maintain film alignment during the forming process. This is particularly important for narrow stick-pack formats, where film positioning can directly affect sealing and cutting accuracy.

The integrated drive and control system is designed to coordinate film feeding, forming, filling, sealing, and cutting.
