Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Machinery (Non-Standard Equipment)

All automated flexible packaging machinery lines are custom-engineered to individual client specifications. Consequently, all sales of custom machinery are final. We do not accept returns, and refunds are not permitted once production has commenced.

2. Order Cancellation Protocol

In the event that a buyer requests a contract cancellation prior to machine shipment, the buyer shall be liable for all incurred costs, including but not limited to specialized engineering hours, ordered raw materials, and custom-fabricated components. Deposited funds will be forfeited up to the value of the incurred expenses.
