For all industrial machinery orders, shipping terms, responsibilities, and insurance coverages are governed by international Incoterms (typically FOB, CIF, or DDP as specified in your commercial contract). Standard spare parts are shipped globally via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
Because our equipment is tailored to your unique specifications, production lead times begin only after:
2.1. Receipt of the initial deposit payment.
2.2. Final approval of the engineering blueprints.
2.3. Receipt of testing materials: The buyer must provide actual product samples (e.g., specific film rolls, spouts, or product concentrates) required for factory testing in a timely manner. Delays in sample submission will result in a corresponding extension of the delivery date.
The buyer or the buyer’s designated logistics provider must inspect the machinery crates for any transit damage immediately upon arrival at the port or facility before signing the Bill of Lading.
