Product Overview
The BHS-180T is a twin-bag horizontal form fill seal machine. By forming two linked sachets per cycle it roughly doubles the throughput of a single-lane machine on the same footprint, which is why it is the workhorse behind high-volume capsule, tablet and single-dose supplement lines.
The machine pairs naturally with track counters for capsules and tablets, or with auger and weighing feeders for powders and granules. Sachets can be delivered as connected twin-links for the consumer to tear apart, or cut into singles inline.

Built for regulated production: product-contact parts are 316L stainless steel, and the machine can be configured to GMP requirements with laminar flow hood, CIP/SIP and full traceability — supporting CE, CSA, UL, EAC and ISO standards for international deployment.
