The BVL-540 is engineered for medium-to-large bag formats of free-flowing product. It forms film from a roll, doses by volumetric cup or by pairing with a multihead weigher, then fills and seals pillow or gusset bags in one continuous vertical cycle — the standard choice for rice, grains, pulses, sugar and similar dry granular goods.
The machine's servo film feed and photoelectric registration keep bag length and print alignment consistent at speed, while the wide sealing jaws handle heavier fills up to several kilograms per bag.
